Kevin was THE BEST while we were trying to navigate buying our home. I told him our situation (called him from our of state) that we were moving into this new city with no down payment whatsoever and we needed a house for our family. He really made it happen, finding all the programs that could work for us, laying out the options we had, listening to my concerns and hours, and never once making me feel like we couldn't do this even though we had little cash on hand. I never felt second rate even though we were not buying a lavish, expensive home. He was wonderful and made one of the most stressful seasons of our family's life feel much safer and go much smoother. The best. 12/10
