When considering the amount of boxes to check in selling a house: setting a price, listing, staging, selling, etc,... than buying a new home: finding, touring, assessing, making an offer, negotiating, contract language, etc,.. there are a lot of potential pitfalls. We wanted someone with the knowledge and experience to help us make the best decision for our family given the everchanging real estate market conditions. Tim walked with us on the journey to find the right place for us- nudging with suggestion on potential hazards to avoid. Tim did a phenomenal job of presenting my mother's home when there was very little furniture left to work with (both parents moved into assisted living at the same time and used a lot of the furniture). He also proved his skills as a negotiator in negotiating a price that we were VERY happy with! He was wonderful to work with, as was his wife, Debbie, who is also part of Tim's team. Debbie was also very prompt in assisting us with any questions that we had. Tim took care of any issue that came up which made for a very smooth selling experience. I would absolutely recommend Tim and his team without hesitation!

We listed on a Monday and had a accepted cash offer Tuesday. Tim and Debbie are very knowledgeable about the Lake Country market and positioned us to sell rapidly above the list price. Everything about the transaction went smooth and we closed in less then three weeks. I would highly recommend them!
