Been using Fred's for years to pump my septic, this year had an issue with a lateral line to the septic, Dave and his crew were on point did the job fast and efficiently. Dave answered every question I had and quickly. I am usually disappointed with most contractors but I can honestly say I was very happy with Dave and the Fred's crew!

Recently had a very strange issue causing my septic to impact my sump crock. Fred's came and was able to use their camera to determine a mainline breakage and at which point the pitch changed. Every individual I talked with was knowledgeable, humble and willing to share their expertise. Once excavations started, the problem complexity increased and we needed to call in a foundation expert. Fred's had multiple contacts that they pre-screened for availability while onsite and I was in touch with someone (who will also be receiving a 5 star review) within probably 15 minutes. Given the introduction of a second company, I was very concerned about escalating costs (though I didn't share that too much), and while I won't share the exact billing details, the two companies worked together, adjusted billing without being asked and exceeded my expectations. All I can say is, thank you, you've earned my trust and I'll be returning without a doubt.

I am extremely satisfied. Workers explained everything as I looked over their shoulders. Cleaned up everything. Respectful. Worked hard from everything that I watched. Very pleased and would recommend them to everyone's.

Called them and made appointment but ended up not needing them and doing the work myself. But i called multiple times for advice and tips and Dave was great and answered all my questions no problems and even followed up with me to make sure everything went okay.
