I highly recommend Kitchen Creators! Sandy was extremely helpful in designing and making decisions on our vanities and counter tops for our two bathroom remodeling projects. Her reccomendation of Kyle for our carpenter/installer was excellent! He was awesome!! Communication all around was excellent at every step of the way. Our condo's previous owners used them for our kitchen remodel. It is beautifully done. I asked them who they got the cabinets from and they told us Kichen Creators, which is how I decided to use them. It is beautifully done. Our bathrooms and kitchen are wonderful!

Worked through a contractor for room remodel. He went through Kitchen Creators. I worked directly with this wholesaler to choose cabinet line and associated details. In person, their recommendations and assistance was great. Issues came from ordering, reordering, mistakes on color, portions not ordered as documented, wrong shelves ordered, reordered shelves incorrect, shelf holes manufactured incorrectly (manufacturer's error). Ultimately, mistakes happen. Supply chain delays happen. But if you carry a product line as a wholesaler, stand behind the product, own the mistakes, correct the mistakes...and pay attention to the details. Service was there in the beginning...not in the end. I'll be using the contractor again, but I'll make sure he finds a different cabinet wholesaler to use next time.
