The worse place I've ever been with any business, messed up my taxes, kept getting letters from the IRS saying they where done wrong, not the correct money refunded and when I went back to fix it it would take months to get back to me. Then they automatically set you up next year with a appointment without asking first and seem very pushy. I should be giving them a 0 for rating. Never going back there or ever tell anyone to go there. And treats clinic like they don't want any of your business.

We don't have any record of a client with your name working with our firm in the past. We do acknowledge that we preschedule many of our tax season appointments for our clients. We hear from our clients that they like having a time set up to meet with their accountant so they don't need to call us to schedule an appointment. If no appointment is needed, or the client needs to reschedule, we are happy to cancel or set up a different time.
