        Blown away by the customer service of this place! Julie helped me with a bank account and I've never worked with a banker that's so responsive and helpful. I also opened a HELOC with Steve who was great as well. Easy process, aggressive rate! Love this place.

        This bank is off and shady, I get random transactions on my account and random charges from this bank that comes out of my account. No explanation behind it either. Then I get punished for disputing charges. This bank is backwards and doesn’t have any transparency at all. Quite pathetic for a “bank”. Already started a court case with this bank.

        My first time stopping there was today. No line at all and on a Friday after 530! The teller was very nice and seemed very sincere. Great access off and on the freeway!

        Citizen's State Bank is an excellent choice for all of your banking needs! We have been using CSB for almost 3 years now and could not be happier. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Any questions I have, they can answer, and they are timely with responses. The ladies in the teller line are EXCELLENT! You cannot go wrong with CSB! I highly recommend them.
