I purchased all new doors and trim from this company. They charged extra $ per piece for a "custom color". By the time I was done I have at least 3 different shades , they cannot even match a custom color that they created and sold me 3 months earlier. Was also shipped many blemished boards that should have never left the factory. When I spoke with management they could not have cared less that they made this project such a nightmare for me and that now my house has mismatched trim all over place. The old trim I had was not fancy, but at least it all matched color! II I would have known what poor work and customer service I would receive here I would have saved some $ and gone to Menards.

Second time here both times they had me move so they can unload local drivers that get paid by the hour. Obviously the feel over the road drivers don't have anything to do.
