        The brisket egg rolls were amazing! The porknado was a true Wisconsin experience along with the mac and cheese. Everything was great! Highly recommend!

        GREAT FOOD!! If you like lean and meaty brisket, this is some of the bestmade for super tasty flavorful sliders. The steak bites were tender and juicy, and the fries were seasoned just right. Enjoyed the scratch margaritas too! Service and atmosphere were excellent, cant wait for the next visit.

        The food tastes fine. I'm not sure I would call it a BBQ place. Their food has BBQ sauce, but you can't just order ribs or brisket or chicken. So if that's what you want, go to Old Southern BBQ. The only complaint I really have is that we found plastic from a bag or a glove in my nachos. They apologized but didn't offer to replace them or reduce the cost or anything. They charged full price. I think it's a one and done for me.

      Hey Chad, this is Matt the owner. I'm really sorry to hear about your experience, i heard about this and you should have been comped for the little piece of plastic you found. I would like to send you a gift card if that's okay with you. I have talked to my staff about this. I'd also like to point out we are not a traditional BBQ place, never claimed to be. It's something we have made a point to mention in all of our social media's. You are right, we don't have ribs or whole chickens, however all of our meats are smoked onsite, hence the Fusion BBQ. Instead we have Pig Wings which are hands down better than ribs in most customers eyes. Hope you give us another try.
