        Woke up to my furnace out with error code and cold home. Put an online ticket at 5:30am and received a call from Megan at 7:15am to confirm a tech would be out. Lee showed up at 9:45am just when Megan said and was so nice and so professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained what occurred. While this couldve been stressful, I am always reassured with Comfort by Design for all my HVAC, electrical , plumbing and Gas services. They are reliable, honest and care. Dont settle for less. You get what you pay for. Thank you Comfort by Design for coming to the rescue yet again!
