Joined McDonald insurance a few years ago with the help from Melissa Pedersen. She has been fantastic and always has our wellbeing and costs front and center. We recently met with Melissa to review our current insurance and she is very professional and very experienced with in the insurance industry, answering all of our questions and offering great advice. Unbelievable Customer Service! I have been with McDonald Insurance Agency for more years than I can count. When I opened my mail yesterday I learned that my designated agent/representative (Lisa Luedtke) took a proactive customer service approach... when she saw that one of the two companies that ensure EVERYTHING we own, increased there rates by 12% she ran some numbers and found out that we could save $800/month by moving to another Insurer. Have you ever had that kind of customer service? I know I haven't. Kudos To The Entire Team At McDonald Insurance Agency - If you need insurance coverage give them a call, I strongly recommend them!!

Worked with these guys for 25 years, my whole family knew them since they started and worked with them my entire life. My best friend's mom worked for them for years also. I had some issues with my bank and the auto pay didn't go through. They sent an email that went straight to the spam folder, and they cancelled me. I'd talked to multiple agents about other insurance issues I'd had in the months between, but no one said anything. I asked about restarting my insurance and they gave me I price that was higher than what I paid when I was 17. I'm over 40 now... I have nothing in my driving history, and my car is paid off. Well, to finish this, another agency made the call to the insurer that I was cancelled from and they said I should have my old rate back after they talk to them about what happened. I also talked to an underwriter at the insurer's office, and they also told me they generally work with people, and all it takes is a phone call from an agent to fix it.

I went to McDonald Insurance Agency to see if they would be competitive with who I had at the time. Bob was not only able to find me competitive rates, he was able to lower my monthly Insurance rates. I feel that I am well taken care of at the McDonald Agency.
