        If I could rate a Zero I would. Doug had an 11:00 call scheduled with us on Wednesday the 10th. We are still waiting for his call. This call was confirmed by his staff the day before. When I called at 11:09 and 11:33 to see what was going on, his staff said he was in a meeting and then explained to me that in person meetings were more important. I cant see how Prudential allows anyone who treats clients this way to keep representing them.
