My company hired them for white glove delivery of a very heavy and expensive lab automation instrument, along with several pallets of additional parts. I frequently work with movers for instrument deliveries and installations across the Midwest, and the RDS team is the best I have ever had. They were prompt, professional and fun! They were eager to get the job done efficiently and safely, and went above and beyond to make this delivery/move run smoothly. They take great pride in what they do and it really shows. In addition to being super hard-working and efficient, these guys have such a fun and friendly demeanor. Myself, my service engineer and my customer were all so impressed at how well these guys do their job, and how they made a normally mundane task into such a positive and enjoyable experience. I am really looking forward to working to working with them again!
