Given the relatively recent explosion of Amazon Digital Marketing Agencies popping up left and right, Jon at First North really does an excellent job of differentiating himself from the dime-a-dozen alternative options. His approach is personalized, thoughtful, and very human - I never felt like a drop in the bucket or just another client. His work itself is impressive: his methodology is sound, he is transparent about said methodology, he's extremely communicative and easy to work with. Highly recommended.

If you're trying to get hired, you'll have to go through tests, including writing from prompts from their clients, as well as submitting multiple copy samples. Be prepared to go through weeks of this and then be ghosted. They keep the same job posting up for months eventhough they get thousands of applications, so they're probably using it to get free copy. Beware.
