Brian Burns was selected for the court ordered reunification process of reuniting me with my son 2.5 years ago. He sees my son about once a quarter. Mr. Burns will not talk to my son about me, his grandparents, or any other family member on my side of the family. He refuses to engage my son whatsoever. After repeated attempts of pleading with Mr. Burns to do his job, nothing changes. It is my belief that Mr. Burns is afraid that he will scare my son away if he tries to talk to him about his father. I believe Mr. Burns is only interested in the ongoing income stream and does not want to take a chance of losing that income. Brian Burns is not only unprofessional, but unqualified to be in this position. I would highly recommend that anyone who needs these type of services go to another specialist who would actually care enough to try to reunite you with your child.

I saw Kristy for about 5 years. She has helped me grow so much. I have learned so many things about myself and people around me with her help. When you find a therapist you like, stick with them!

Here were my notes from my interview with Brian Burns for Parenting Consultant: Was late for interview by over 35 minutes. I had to call him. He cut interview short and promised follow-up interview. Missed follow-up interview window by 2-days; complained that interview questions were an "interrogation". He was mercilessly chomping on a salad, crunching on it into the phone throughout both phone interviews. Looking at the other reviews here, I missed a bullet with this guy.
