        Called in today because my iPhone screen was unresponsive after I dropped it - I was wondering how much it would cost to fix or what the solution might be, the gentlemen on the phone walked me through a reset of the iPhone and it solved my issue. Very helpful and much appreciated!

        Guy who picked up the phone was a jerk told me to "settle down". And yes you can use a heated heated vacuum screen separator to delaminate the front glass from the rest of a phone screen panel
