He walks you through each part of the home buying process and is a great resource to have by your side during the home buying process! Mike is an absolute legend. My partner and I were recommended to Mike by both our realtor, who has been working with him for more than twenty years, as well as my sister who had an overwhelmingly positive experience during her buying process years ago. Right out of the gate, we could tell Mike knew his stuff and also had our best interest in mind. Not only is he an absolute joy to work with (I think I probably added a few years onto my life with how much we laughed), but he knows his stuff through and through. As first time home buyers (FTHB), going into the process felt daunting, but he took the time and care to make sure we were thoroughly understanding of what was going on, where things were headed, and what the best approach was for our evolving situation. I can't emphasize enough just how effective of a communicator Mike is, which is so crucial to the home buying process. When we got into a Best and Final bid with another potential buyer for our eventual property, Mike was lightning quick on the call to respond to my barrage of questions to make sure we were feeling comfortable and confident with our offer. Truly the game changer in what otherwise would have been an incredibly stressful event. If you are reading this as a FTHB, an experienced buyer, or simply looking to refinance, Mike is your guy.
