Great customer service! Had a medical emergency and they went above and beyond to help out and get our old shingles removed, roof damage repaired, and new shingles on quickly! Very kind people on the crew! Did great clean up at the end of every day!

Schmidt Roofing was a company that went above and beyond what they had to do as a roofing company! Before contacting them I had two other companies come in and give me estimates, and they were all far above what Schmidt Roofing quoted me. I am living on a fixed income, and I did not know that my roof had a depreciating value on it, (my fault for not looking at my homeowners insurance more closely to see what I had as far as replacement clause on my roof). When the other two companies saw what I was getting to replace the roof, they basically never contacted me again. Then I was referred to Schmidt roofing, and they went back to my insurance company and worked with them to help me get a new roof put on with a substantially lower out of pocket cost to myself. Not only did they do a fantastic job on the roof, they had it finished in two working days from tear off to completion, using top quality materials and construction. The crew was polite and some of the hardest working people I have ever seen. The pride they took in their work was a far cry from what you usually see today, and when they were finished ,the cleanup was so well done that you could not even tell that they were there. I would and have already recommended them to several people who have asked who did the work on my home. I was so impressed and satisfied with the quality work and attention to detail they did that they will be the first company I go to in the future for any more home remodeling that I need done. Very competitive pricing and outstanding service. The crew replaced our roof in one day and were immaculate. Very polite, responsive, and conscientious. The only issue we had was with the delivery of the shingles (not sure that the delivery people were with Schmidt?), but the guy was not very nice and broke our sprinkler head pulling onto the boulevard to put the shingles on the roof.
