Wouldnt even take the time to talk to me about a simple question

I am sorry an accountant was not available to talk to you when you called. The great people that answer our phones are not accountants and cannot address any accounting or tax questions. Due to the personalized nature of our services, we cannot answer questions over the phone for non-clients. We can only accept new client consultations when appointments are available, and availability is dependent on current appointments and commitments.

Went there for tax planning. What we were told was not the case and because of trusting the information we received we ended up owing in a lot for taxes. The information was incorrect and inadequate. Paid money for bad tax planning. Go elsewhere.

Many factors can change the final outcome and I try to provide the best information I can on the information available. I would gladly meet with you to discuss the differences between our meeting calculations and the actual outcome. We can also discuss a refund of the fees for our meeting.
