        In previous times it would take a rep 20 minutes to notice me. Isaac came to me right as I walked in. He was very knowledgeable about the phone I was interested in and had it ready to go for me within minutes. Isaac showed very good customer service.

        After about 5 minutes of being helped at the end of Isaacs shift. Mason, the manager on duty, came out of the back basically yelling at me. And said, We are here for sales, not customer service! The funny thing is I was there for both as directed by their phone customer service. It was literally the worst customer service/sales experience in my life.

        Never show up on time. Customers always waiting outside until the unresponsible employees show up whenever they want. The owner parks in front because his car is more important than paying customers. They are clueless.
