        Nothing but problems and extremely poor communication, information was communicated to them multiple times and they still got it wrong. Ive done 20+ closing and this company is by far the worst.

        Absolutely the Worst Title Company in Existence. Do Not use them. They called me Two Weeks After I closed on my house saying the mortgage company sent back the funds and if I could call the Mortgage company for them? Isn't that the Whole Purpose of having a Title company? Then they said i'm still responsible for the mortgage. Wow. I guess I still own the house, too. What now? Oh, right. Foreclosure on someone else's house??? They're Laughable. Complete Idiots. Brabazon title team in Janesville, Wisconsin are Absolute Morons who Don't Do Their Due Diligence. Let Me Make Myself Perfectly Clear. Brabazon Title Team are Absolute Morons Who Don't Due Their Due Diligence. I Will Contact The State Attorney General's Office Regarding This Matter. Don't Walk, Run From Them!!!! When I bought my present house i used Chicago Title. Chicago Title is Excellent. Brabazon Title in Janesville, Wisconsin Is Horrid. I'm born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. They would have been out of business a long time, ago, there. I Guarantee It. I would have given Negative Stars but it Wasn't an Option.
