This is the most unprofessional business I've ever tried to hire. They were no call no show TWICE, I am disabled and tried to hire them because I physically can not do a whole house clean and they didn't call or return my calls and now I have to try and find a way to clean my home before moving out when I can barely walk. July 8th: I called to set up a cleaning for July 13th July 13th: No call No show, did not answer my calls. My 68 year old mother drove 3 hours to help me clean it so we could put it on the market. July 14th: I was contacted and told there were a chain of events that prevented them from coming or communicating the day before and offered a free service. July 30th: Contacted her about the free service offer and set it up for August 30th at noon Aug 25th: I contacted her to find out what was included in the cleaning and she told me to pick what I needed done and they would do it Aug 30th: No call, No show again and did not answer my calls again or contact me with an explanation. The new owners take possession of my home tomorrow and I have to find a way to do a whole house move out clean by myself when I can barely walk because of this "company". I hope no one ever uses this company again so they won't have to deal with what I've dealt with. Service: Moving-related cleaning
