We worked with Shannon to sell our house and purchase a new one - she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful (and very responsive) during the entire process, and we couldn't have done it without her. Very highly recommended!

We were working with an agent to look at a house. We had a showing set for a Thursday. The owners of the home were being difficult so the showing got pushed back to Monday of the following week. Monday our realtor stated that the owners cancelled all showings for the week according to the listing agent. On Friday of that same week we got a notification that the house we were hoping to see had an accepted pending offer. I called the listing agent and she advised that the showings started on Tuesday and all offers were due by Wednesday. Terrible communication all across the board. Highly do not recommend working with this agency.

I would like to say Shirley is amazing! She helped us navigate our way through a difficult time. My father passed away unexpectedly last summer. My siblings and I all live in California. As we are trying to grieve, we also had to take on the responsibilities of getting his affairs in order, which included the sale of his home. Shirley initially listed the home as is and there was minimal foot traffic for several weeks. After evaluating the situation , she recommended a few minor repairs, like replacing the carpet and a fresh coat of paint to make the house a little more updated. The house sold quickly after Shirley helped us facilitate those updates. What I thought might be a difficult process, Shirley was able to make it a less stressful situation. Her many years of expertise, compassion, and willingness to go the extra mile was just what we needed.
