        When in to try and get a phone and was told they only give out certain phones for free with a plan and that I would basically have to pay $100 more if I didn't want the plan. Also they wouldn't sell me a phone case for a phone they don't sell.

        I love this Boost and the lady is super friendly but they don't have a wide variety of phones and getting connected even with a free phone isn't cheap
