Don't advertise and make an appointment to repair a printer if the on site team then informs you they don't repair printers.

Bad installs on my dishwasher and fridge. Asked multiple times for someone to come out and check them out because of the issues Ive had on them since the install. Paid extra for the membership to cover these problems but of course you cant get a hold of anyone. Just tried calling for the 6th time and either the phone gets disconnected or doesnt work.

Very disappointing GeekSquad experience. I set up an appointment through Apple Support to have my iPhone battery replaced at the Kenosha store. I was halfway there when I got an email that they were down a repair agent & couldnt do same day repairs. (Understandable) I tried to call the member and the store at the extension provided to reschedule but instead got sent to three different call center people. I was on hold with the first one for 10 minutes and he said there was no record of my appointment before he dropped the call. Same thing with the second person. The third simply told me to call Apple & hung up on me! I wasted 45 minutes & could never reach a live person in Kenosha. Never again!
