        This place is great. Helpful attentive staff to hear care of us. It's an awesome place to stay. Extra clean. Restaurant and bar are really good. Bar stays open later than most hotels in the area. It's within walking distance of the convention center and downtown. Shout out to Cassy, who helped make our visit special. I highly recommend this hotel, especially after hearing out friends nightmare at another local hotel this weekend. Rooms: Extra clean Attention to detail. Comfortable. Well decorated. Food & drinks: Always top notch. Noteworthy details: Lots of chocolate factory history.

        I have stayed at the Charmant once a year for the past five or six years. It never disappoints! The rooms are immaculate and comfortable. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant and bar have excellent food and drinks in addition to good service. The Charmant is an ideal spot for a couples getaway or to celebrate a special occasion. Five stars!

      The Charmant is a 67-room luxury boutique hotel in downtown La Crosse, Wisconsin. The building is a renovated candy factory, constructed in 1898 and in operation for 35 years. The hotel pays homage to this rich history by celebrating the golden era of candy manufacturing.
