Thin walls. "Bedroon" activity by the couple next door is very audible through the wall, every moan and sigh. I advised mgt. But no corrective sound proofing was added before current neighbors moved in. If you want to have your " bedroom fun" monitored, this is the place for you.

We lived at Venture for 4 years (2018-2022) and loved it. Beautiful apartments, with high end appliances. I loved how close we were to Hilldale and could walk to the grocery store, and various restaurants. I'm sure it will be even better once the new part across Segoe Rd is completed. Maintenance was quick to requests. The woman who cleans the building is incredible. Lots of cute, nice dogs. Super quiet and could barely ever hear anyone else in the building above or next to our unit. It is such a quick drive to anywhere else you'd go in Madison too. Only down sides were no screens on the windows or door, but I hung a screen with the 3M strips and it came off just fine when we moved. 100% would live here again!

Would rate this location 5 stars, however apartments do not come with screens on windows/sliding glass doors. In the spring/summer, there were times I would appreciate some fresh air without inviting tons of bugs into my unit. It is impossible to place screens on the windows and still be able to open them by design. Otherwise great management that is responsive to tenant needs.

I live here now, because we are looking for a house, and I love it so far. There are fun trivia nights, football games, and more in the penthouse (which has a beautiful view) and my favorite part is watching my dad sweat in the gym. ...If only this place had a pool...
