We are also forced to pay over $30 in fees just to pay our rent, talk about kick backs. They charge us close to $80 for water and trash. They raised the rent by a $100 dollar this year, pure greed, not like they really improving anything. They haven't improved anything other than putting in a new toilet in the seven years I've lived in my apartment and half the time our washing machines are broken down. The air-conditioning doesn't work properly and I'm still waiting for a new air conditioner. This place is a dump and the only reason I don't move is the price for other apartments in the area are so high I can't afford to move.

Worst Mistake Ever Moving to this filthy place.Dog poop on hallway and Smell of pee Everywhere .Sooooo filthy dirty. management don't care.place smell like pot house .Trust me nothing advised is true, bathroom smell like mould nomatter how often I deep clean it.No lighting apart from kitchen n bathroom.visit and insist on viewing before you sigh that lease don't be like me..counting them days to get out of this hell hole.And Ridiculous service charges every month,While they can't even maintain a hallway

Plowing issues took them weeks to take care of it my car was even snowed in by the plow it takes weeks to get ahold of people and rent is to high for a place that has no lighting besides in the kitchen and bathroom and has dog poop everywhere lets not forget to mention the mold issue Ive seen in a couple of apartments

Worst decision was moving into this apartment. I have had MULTIPLE packages stolen, loud neighbors running in the halls at all hours, ZERO communication with management, building says they are renovated but are legit stickers on the counters, takes FOREVER for the parking lot to get plowed. I am COUNTING DOWN THE DAYS until I get to move out of this place. If I reach out to management, I have to send multiple emails and call dozens of times to get a reply 2 weeks later. Extremely disappointed and I have no idea how people are still moving into these apartments.
