Trooper was very nice and very kind and explain to me everything that was happening and he asked me for my driver's license, I had to go back inside he waited patiently for a forgetful elderly real respectful in a very fine job of pulling my car up on flatbed ... My son said I couldn't call for a tow and it was just too many and I wouldn't know what I was doing ,so I googled it and your name came up first and I called you thank you very much. I didn't it with your help and the young lady that I talk to this morning kudos for all you proved my son's wrong

Highway Robbery! My car stopped on the highway and the police had it towed here because it snowed a few inches they towed my car at 3am and do to me having an emergency surgery I couldn't go get my car until 10am the next day. They charged me $406 to get my vehicle for less than 48 hours is outrageous! I'm a mother of 5 struggling as it is and these people think it's okay to just rob people straight crooks!

They towed my car for not having a parking sticker, but what could have been a frustrating experience was made pleasant by the kind ladies at the office. One of the ladies gave me a ride to where my car was. The towing process was smooth and efficient, and the price was fair. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and kindness. The scariest moment of my life and Mark was there in a timely matter and got me out in no time! He was able to make me laugh and stop the tears from coming which means a lot in a time of need. I would highly recommend to anyone needing this kind of help!
