Incredible! The store manager, Amber, is who I was dealing with and she was very kind and knowledgeable! She made sure that my car was prepared for some upcoming trips and communicated through the process on the status. Highly recommend this location for your vehicle services.

They told me that it would be 3 to 4 hours to fix my brakes, but the guy who was working on my car had my brakes done at 12:30pm all because he didn't take his lunch break. That to me tells me that they care about their customers. I will definitely take my car back to Midas.

I have used Midas services twice at the East Madison location and both times I was very impressed with them. I found both Will A. and Amber S. to be very honest. Most recently, I expected that I needed a full brake job but they inspected my brakes and told me that I actually didnt need to have the brakes replaced. They could have easily proceeded with the brake job as I had expected, but they didnt, saving me hundreds of dollars. I appreciate the honesty they have shown.
