I recently had my hair cut, was my first visit and I would have rated that experience a 5. I was so happy with the results. When I called back to schedule another appointment the woman I had seen left, I asked for senior level stylist and the receptionist was condescending and seemed annoyed. He shared he had no stylists under level 4 and didnt go any farther to ask about my haircut preferences and explain stylists specialities. I cancelled my appointment today, the receptionist was so friendly and sweet offered to reschedule me. Wasnt pleased with the man who made me feel like asking questions was a problem.
