We had 4 bathrooms remodeled by Washa. Sarah is an amazing designer, giving us gentle suggestions and options and always listening to our design style. Josh is an excellent project manager. He is very quick in responding to emails and questions. We added, several times, other projects to our original plan which they were open to and flexible with. Washa is professional, responsible and always friendly and open to suggestions and concerns. Highly recommend this company.

Very responsive and easy to work with. Ultimately went with someone else for our project due to scheduling issues on my end, but would definitely consider Washa for future projects.

We are thrilled with the outcome of our recent renovation with Washa. We renovated our kitchen and a bathroom this fall. We are in love with both spaces. Our experience working with Washa was very positive. They made the process efficient and smooth for our family of four and were very responsive to all our needs, requests, and feedback. They were exactly the professionals we were hoping to find when we started the process. We highly recommend Washa!

We are thrilled with our new kitchen. As with all home remodeling projects there were a few bumps along the way, but there's no doubt that the team at Washa took care of us every step of the way. Our lead carpenter, Zach was an absolute joy to work with - extremely pleasant, and beyond easy to work with, not to mention one of the most talented trim carpenters out there. We consider ourselves lucky. We had other companies quote our project and Washa was the only one who was willing and able to determine if we would be able to square off an area of our kitchen to give us the space we needed for a full rectangular island, and patio door leading to our deck. What was once an extremely stressful living area of our home has now become one of the most joyful, even with everyone in it all at the same time. Thank you, Washa Remodeling!!

I do not have enough space to start on the issues we had working with this company. They quoted us a 6 week job that turned out to be 8 months so far and its still not completed. The contract was signed in October 2021 and they didnt start until August 2022. We tried giving them a benefit of the doubt but at every turn there was an issue that could have been avoided with proper planning and communication. This was almost a $200,000 job and they fumbled it terribly! They are trying to charge us for extra costs they didnt mention and should have been built into the cost of the remodel. They tried charging us multiple times because they lost our check or didnt communicate internally. The ONLY saving grace was that our carpenter Jonah was great. The rest of the company is completely abysmal. They will absolutely take advantage of you if they think they can. I highly recommend looking at any other company in Madison or the surrounding area.
