I learned a valuable lesson today in dealing with Erin. Don't complain about your flower arrangement, or she will ban you from her store! Totally unprofessional. There was nothing rude about my complaint. I was unhappy, and was not abusive in any way. I have worked in customer service and sales before, and have dealt with customers who were angry and abusive, and they were still my customers. I valued their business. Like I said in my email to Erin, who is the owner, and the person responsible for these kinds of decision, that I didn't like my arrangement. No attempt was made to rectify the situation with me, and a summary judgment of banning me from the store was made in an apparent collective cancelation of myself from your store. You obviously don't value your customers, because you take the slightest offense at criticism personally. Maybe you are not used to people complaining, but you have the thinnest skins of any business I have ever worked with. How would you know if I wasn't going to be satisfied with an attempt to reach out to me, when you made absolutely no attempt to do so. Like I said in the beginning of my review, it is completely unprofessional, and if I conducted business like you do when I was in sales, I wouldn't have made a dime. Like I said, apparently you can afford banning people from your store. Good for you. I hope that your business continues to be successful. You have no idea what good customer service is.

The florals from our wedding day were a dream come true thanks to Shannon and the team at Daffodil Parker! From our initial meeting to the day I dropped off our vases, it was such a warm and kind experience working with Shannon. She worked with my inspiration and helped bring those ideas to life, all while respecting and working with t budget, which I know was smaller than many weddings in the area. Our flowers were stunning and brought so much joy and color to our big day!

We worked with Daffodil Parker, specifically Shannon, for our wedding flowers last autumn and we were so happy with the entire experience! Shannon was so responsive, from our initial questions, proposal review, and late in the game adjustments. We really enjoyed getting to discuss our vision with her in-person as well to finalize everything before we saw it on our big day. We were thrilled with how the d*p team brought our wedding florals to life and we would happily recommend them for anyone else in the market for their own wedding! Thanks d*p for everything.

We have been using Daffodil Parker for years for our big family Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners. I cannot recommend them enough. We have family visiting for a few days during these holidays and the flowers typical last 5-7 days which astounds me every holiday. We just tell them the holiday it is for, and tell them to make something low so people can see across the table and gorgeous. We normally buy 3-4 arrangements. And one of my favorite parts? They take the clean vases back and will reuse them! Less clutter around the house and less waste! *The Christmas arrangement is on day 5 after pickup

I loved working with Amanda on a bouquet and boutonnire for our civil wedding! I had a couple of requests for flowers that I honestly wasnt sure would go well together, but she was able to marry all the ideas into one cohesive and beautiful arrangement. The price was also very reasonable. I cannot recommend Daffodil Parker enough!
