They installed our garage door several years ago and did a great job. Recently we had a small accident with our car bumping it. I needed a couple of screws to secure the door hinges. The staff at the Watson St. location were very helpful and got my items quickly. They also answered all my questions fully. Great people to work with.

Had a garage door opener that quit working in the middle of a really cold spell in January. Called another garage door company first and they came and provided an estimate with a lot of additional pieces added on. Called Overhead Door for a second quote. They asked about the size of the door, height, etc. and then provided an estimate. I requested an appointment and the technician, Logan, came the next day. Explained the work he would do, replaced the opener and checked a few other items and total cost came exactly as quoted. Very professional and timely work. Thanks.

Overhead door provided us with very prompt service. I called them on Monday because our garage door opener spring broke the previous day. They were out bright and early on Tuesday morning. I requested that they call me right before they get to our house so that I was able to make sure that our dog did not escape when they came in. Bob was very pleasant and went right to work after I showed him how to get into the garage. Also, it ended up being less money than I expected so that's always a plus.

Service person was very polite and helpful. Job was done well and they informed me of what the things would keep the door running smoothly for time to come.

Doesn't answer emails, will answer the phone, but will get passed to voicemail and never called back. Takes months to receive an answer or quote for service. Would not recommend to anyone in need of a service request.
