Best Western Premier Park Hotel

Beautiful location, right on the square over looking the capital. The rooms were clean and well maintained but very loud. There was a conversation going on at the end of our hallway, and the noise seemed to channel right to the end where our room was #226. I asked for the doors of the space to be closed to mitigate the sound, and they chose not to close them. Also, not sure what type of room was above ours, but there was something metal being moved around on a hard floor from 2:30am until 4ish. Again, very noisy.

The location is superb, the cleanliness is top notch and the staff is A+. We've stayed here a few times and have always been treated like VIPs. The thing that prompted me to get off my lazy rear end to write this review is that we just dealt with Luis at the front desk. He went above and beyond for no particular reason other than he's the epitome of 'Midwest nice'. This will be our new go-to hotel in Madison. Thanks Luis!

This hotel was absolutely beautiful and the location was great for getting food. The beds were uncomfortable for my Liking but I managed and I wish they had free breakfast but Overall the service was awesome and I recommend staying there. Nearby activities: There were some nice museum with in walking distance. Food & drinks: Lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance
