    I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Chris Ulrich, a representative of your landscaping company, for providing false and misleading pricing information. The purpose of this complaint is to seek appropriate action against Mr. Ulrich for his unethical conduct and to address the damages incurred as a result. On july 16th, I engaged in a conversation with Mr. Ulrich regarding a landscaping project at my residence. During our discussion, Mr. Ulrich intentionally misrepresented the pricing and provided me with misleading information. He assured me that the project could be completed within a specific budget, which I relied upon when making the decision to hire your company's services. However, upon completion of the project, I received an invoice that exceeded the initially agreed-upon estimate by a significant amount. The invoice included various additional charges and fees that were not disclosed or discussed during my conversation with Mr. Ulrich. This discrepancy between the promised and actual pricing has caused financial harm and distress. Mr. Ulrich's actions are in direct violation of fair and honest business practices. By intentionally providing inaccurate pricing information, he has engaged in deceptive conduct, undermining the trust and confidence that consumers should be able to place in representatives of your company. In light of these circumstances, I request the following actions be taken: 1. An immediate investigation into the conduct of Mr. Chris Ulrich, including a detailed review of his interactions with me and any other customers who may have been similarly affected. 2. Appropriate disciplinary measures against Mr. Ulrich, in accordance with your company's internal policies and procedures. 3. Full reimbursement of any additional charges and fees that were unjustly applied to my invoice, bringing the total cost in line with the originally agreed-upon estimate. 4. An official apology from your company regarding the false pricing representation provided by Mr. Ulrich. 5. Assurance that necessary steps will be taken to prevent the recurrence of such unethical practices within your company. I believe that addressing this matter promptly and appropriately is crucial to maintaining your company's reputation and ensuring the fair treatment of customers. Failure to take adequate action will leave me with no alternative but to pursue legal remedies to seek redress for the damages and losses incurred. I kindly request that you acknowledge receipt of this complaint within [reasonable timeframe, e.g., 10 business days]. I expect a substantive response outlining the actions taken or proposed to address this situation. Very professional service and the quality was amazing! We were worried we were going to have to cut down a tree but their expert arborist did an amazing job trimming the tree! It looks fantastic.     Ive never hired a landscaping company before, but our lawn was so overgrown with weeds and after an unsuccessful summer of trying to tame it, I decided to finally call in for professional help. Jim was so prompt and completely changed our front and backyard in just a few hours. I can see my actual lawn for what seems like the first time. He mentioned on the consultation visit that he was a bit of a perfectionist and after the work he did clearing out my weed trees, I can attest to this. If you want prompt, professional service, Jim is your guy.

    All of the one star reviews are correct - stay away. I had Jim come out to perform an extensive garden clean up, weeding and thinning. Jim walked the site so he could understand the scope of work involved. He gave me a verbal price of $900 (my 1st mistake was not getting it in writing). One person showed up on the first day and worked only 3 hours and told me she would be coming back the following week. Jim called that evening requesting more money than the previously quoted price. I denied his request stating that he walked the site and knew what the scope of work was. The following week only one person showed up again and worked only 6 hours. Again, I received a call from Jim that evening stating that he was pulling off the job and not coming back. After a heated discussion I asked Jim how much he was going to charge me for the (shoddy) work done. He said he was not going to charge me; I said thank you - end of discussion - and hung up. The next day I receive a text from Jim asking for $400!? I reminded Jim that he told me he wasn't going to charge me. His reply was "See ya in court" and that he had said no charge because he was waiting for me to make an offer? I offered $200 then upped it to $225. Again, Jim's reply was see you in court and they had video of the work done. I replied that I was not disputing that some work was done (about 1/4 of the total scope) and how can he justify $400. His reply was that he would send me an itemized bill and that the $400 was not negotiable. A few days later a received an envelope stuck in my screen door with his invoice for $775!?!? and with a post-it saying again - see you in court. This man is the definition of an **********. I have to watch what I say so he doesn't sue me for slander. Service: Gardening services
