This place has the slowest service Ive ever encountered. Ive never waited less than 25 minutes for a smoothie. The selection is not good enough to justify the wait at all

It's always good and it's always slow. Pickup from online ordering is at least 10 minutes behind each time we've been here. Budget an additional 20 minutes if you're placing an online order, but still show up on time. They're never rude, but it's definitely not a place to get anything quickly unless they're not busy. Today's visit is currently 20 minutes behind. I have been here six times. If they actually kept to their ready times I might give a better rating. Regular unreliability is very frustrating even if the food is worthwhile.
