Made an appointment for an oil change and new wiper blades. Discussed new wiper blades when checking in, was charged for new wiper blades, and paid for new wiper blades. A week later, it became very clear that new wiper blades were not installed. Several phone calls and emails were not returned. Obviously, I will not be returning to East Madison Toyota Express Service.

We just had an oil change in our 2016 4-Runner this past Tuesday. Drove it home, parked it in the garage and when we went to take it out just now we noticed oil all over our garage floor. We checked the dip stick and there is barely enough oil to even register meaning all of the oil leaked out. We are now unable to use the vehicle and we're concerned there could be engine damage as the oil would have been leaking out on the drive home from the oil change in Madison to Portage. How a place that does oil changes all day long can screw this up I don't know. We are flabbergasted and waiting for a call back from the assistant manager who I just left a voicemail with. Never again.

My car wouldnt start. They charged me $200 for a battery. Fine. But then they wanted $500 to replace the grille that they broke. A part that costs $65 elsewhere.

Most expensive oil change I've ever paid for.($132) With appoint oil change took over an hour. Service didn't complete multipoint inspection. I would not recommend.
