        They are too busy for their own good. We did a package oil deal on a RAV4 oil changes and tire rotation but you have to book the appointment couple weeks out and if you do the express lane, its always at least a three hour wait. Im only frustrated because they locked me in and with a package deal for so many oil changes but with how busy they are I would rather just go elsewhere. Will never do a package deal again with them.
