Not a serious business. Price is low, but the two girls there had no idea how to print a simple pdf file. What was worse was their attitude. Since the default software on their computer wasn't working, I asked what other software they have that can handle pdf files, and the answer was literally "I dunno, I am not Tech Support". I had to be patient and teach her step-by-step on her computer to print the pdf, through which process she offered not even a perfunctory 'sorry for making you wait' or 'thanks for teaching me how to do my job'. At payment they overcharged me by a few pages, but since I was in a hurry, I didn't want to argue with them over dimes. When I was several blocks away, I found out they didn't exactly overcharge me, they just left pages of one of the documents in the printer. I literally had to ran several blocks back. When I was back, the girl remaining, the posh one, (the other one finished her shift) just waved a skinny finger at me to signal I needed to wait for her to finish whatever she was doing. I was lucky a grown-up finally came out and grabbed the document for me, otherwise I'd have been late for my next schedule. Spent almost half an hour on something that should only take two minutes. For the quality of service and the kind of attitude they offer, this place might as well be called 'Stupid Print' instead of 'StuPrint'. If you need print jobs done on campus, I'd strongly recommend considering a place staffed with professionals.

Excellent work and super friendly service, for fair prices. They did a fantastic job printing a large poster for me. Then my flight got cancelled at the last minute (United airlines...) and I couldn't pick up the poster before they closed for the weekend, so they went above and beyond and arranged for the poster to be delivered to my hotel!

Matt did an incredible job. I needed fast turnaround, and he and his team got it done ahead of schedule! They were amazing and communicated each step in the process very clearly. Thanks!
