        Costumer service sucks. I had an appointment at 6, is 6:25 and nobody help me out, besides that I came to front desk and talk the man who was there and asked how long would take for my appointment because was already 25 minutes late. He was watching movies in his phone, he looked at me and told me what you wanna me do? Do you want me to drag the costumer so you can come in? I smiled sarcastic and said Im not a costumer ? He responded what you want me to do ? Are you having a bad day? I said no until I met you and you like the front desk would be nicer at least answer Im sorry for the inconvenience, Ill ask how long more will take. Any water that can I offer to you? Or whatever to be nicer. And of course he raise his voice. I said he shouldnt work like costumer service if he doesnt like to treat people with respect and I just walked away. No make sense to stay if was 6:35 and nobody assisted me. I was my time, gas coming from north side. Probably nobody cares but this waste the worst experience with this company. Of course I still have to do my taxes but never more in this place.
