Broadway Tire & Auto

We took out 2006 Lexus to them with a check engine light and rough idle. We requested them to check over the vehicle and resolve the issue. We believed it needed a tune up. They only replaced only the plugs charging is almost $1300 to do it. We later found out they only changed the plugs and it was not actually the problem. After spending almost $2500 trying to resolve the issue we took the vehicle to the Lexus dealer who was able to resolve the issue(broken air intake) for $354. Broadway tire was unwilling to work with me to resolve the mis diagnosis and repairs charged. Get a second opinion before having them do any work!!!

Needed a new battery and skid plate installed. Dropped the car off the night before and they took care of it the next morning. Friendly staff, great service. Have gone there a few times for different things. Always great service.

Great people. Excellent service. I had a screw in my tire and was in and out in under an hour. Only $35!
