5 stars, just like all the other reviews. Working from home and never driving = dead battery. They came out and replaced it. Super nice, super fast.

Tony's Auto is one of those rare gems of a business that really shines. They've taken care of two of my car issues, and one of the best parts about it is they didn't try to upsell me anything I didn't need, even went so far as to try and save me money instead by educating me on things that aren't essential to address right away, as well as how to monitor my car for signs that those parts might need replacing. In today's economy, this is a blessing from an auto dealer. Far too many of them in Madison are after everything in your wallet and will use every excuse under the sun to goad you into fixing every single tiny issue. Tony's doesn't do this. They have morals. They also were able to fit my friend in last-minute and get her car fixed, which ended up fixing a lot of other issues she was having, and they only charged what they quoted her ahead of time. I highly, highly, highly recommend Tony's Auto Repair & Towing. They're the best experience I've ever had with an auto repair shop. You will not go wrong with them.
