        We booked online then about an hour later I checked on our wait time and it was gone. I called the store and they said due to short staff they were closing. No notice I drove 1/2 to be home in time for our appointment what a waste of time.

        Im from out of town and was able to get in quickly not too long of a wait,. My hairstylist Chloe was efficient, friendly, enjoyable and I had a great hair cut too!

        Biggest beef is getting in to get a cut. Try to book online but unable due to them closing within an hour. Stop in the store n wait time on the board says 40 min and the girl at the counter says they still cant take u cuz theyre closing early. Only open till 5pm on weekdays n not open on Sundays.
