I am writing this in response to all the negative news I have been seeing about State Farms responses to storm damage. I am a State Farm client in Marshfield WI. In late October we were hit by a severe hail storm. I received damage to my car and house roof. I went into my agent to discuss this. By the end of that day they directed me to a preferred dealer to repair my car . called in the report. And was all approved by the time I left the office. When I realized my roof had damage a few weeks later. I stopped back in to the office. They immediately made a report. Told me to get an estimate and come back. I had a local company come and give me an estimate to replace my whole roof. Took that to the office and the said they would send an Estimator out as soon as possible. Within a couple weeks a gentleman stopped by to look at the roof. Within 2hours he agreed with the contractor to replace the whole roof. And was within $200.00 dollars of estimate. He cut us a check that day and said the remaining set would be sent upon my satisfaction of completion. Hats off to the Marshfield office and State Farm

Highly recommend! I got an estimated quote in the mail and I went online and filled out our info and seen they showed they could get our policy monthly pymt cut in half almost. Seemed way too good to be true. So I contacted them and spoke to Jamie! She was amazing. She was indeed able to get our old monthly total of $355 (with progressive) down to $189 with state farm for the same policy coverage! It was a no brainer. We dropped progressive and made the switch! Extremely happy so far with our new policy. Thanks Jamie!! Super happy to be saving so much a month!!
