        The workers were polite, however, they drove 20 minutes to my house and back, spent less than 20 minutes installing a wrong rubber ring in my faucet and some sealant on my sink and billed me for 1.5 hours instead of the hour it should have been. I called about the bill, they said theyd look into it. A month later they just sent me the same bill again with no explanation on the extra half hour. I also had to take extra time off work so they could come and fix the mistake they made with the rubber ring on the faucet, since they wanted to be in the area and wouldnt make a special trip. For what they charged me I could have bought a new faucet and installed it myself instead of fixing the old one.
