Would give 0 stars if I could. If you want them to not send your lease renewal and then take your whole security deposit, rent with them! Was a loyal renter for years that paid rent on time and kept apartment clean, but that doesnt mean anything for this business. Property manager is unprofessional and this place has gone downhill since Erica left. Was going to buy a house through them, but after my experience, I will never do business with them again. Their motto of putting you first is a joke. Would never recommend this business to anybody.

Was bullied by them for having my fiance watch my children while I worked, he would only be at my house during the times I worked and they tried claiming he was living with me and tried to make me fill out an application for him, I don't recommend them due to being bullied, not the entire experience was terrible, but they were not great at handling things and jumped to conclusions instead of bringing it up and talking to me about it. They also were very controlling over who I had over at my house, the only person that would be over was my fiance to watch kids, he only ever spent the night once in the time I lived at the place I rented. And that was to keep them from assuming he was living there when he wasn't. Obviously that didn't work
