        Waited until handing me my papers at the end to tell me that my taxes won't be filed right away because she is new and has to have it looked over. Might want to lead out with that as I would have chosen someone else or went somewhere else. I have been using hr block since I was 16 this pisses me off. I came today because I wanted it filed today not 4 days from now. Do Not file with Cheryl this has been my worst experience with hr block. We are coming up on a week later and it is still not filed and you can't get through to tell them you dont want to file with them now. The manager met with me and tried to figure it out and also took $30 off said it was fixed but here I am and it's still not filed. My block account doesn't show me anything other than last year's and the wheres my return says they have nothing filed. So much more to this but I am leaving it at this. Collect that money hr block, every year more and more you take but your service has went down hill.
