I woke up this morning (Saturday) and my water was out, I haven't had this issue before so I didn't really know where to begin other than call the number on my water pump tank. I was worried about the weekend situation, but this was all fixed by some trouble shooting on the phone they delivered a part and installed it for me within an hour. Highly recommend extremely helpful.

Had a great experience with this 4th generation company! Absolutely great people and great craftsmanship! Here within half hr. of calling, got quote. Luckily fit me in same day and problem solved! I will now recommend them to anyone that needs any kind of pluming done!

This place does great work, great service, I have used their service several times now, and would highly recommend anyone use their service as well. Thanks to Arthur we have running water again. Pretty rare these days to find a business that knows what they are doing and ACTUALLY care about satisfying the customer.

I want to start by stating this is the first review I have ever taken the time to write. Four years ago my well pump was acting up and I called the contractor the prior home owner used to service the well and he informed me that my pump had ab short, was probably shot and needed to be pulled. After hours of attempts I was informed my pump was encased and he was unable to pull it from the well. He also informed me he doesn't drill new wells and I needed a well driller to do that work, and added it would be very expensive. I called Art Liebau, who did drilling at the time, and he came right over to diagnosed the problem and was able to get me up and running after replacing the electric box with an older model, from his shop, that would not keep tripping the breaker, like the new models were doing. This was a $300 fix versus perhaps a $30,000 (250 ft) well. As elated as I was about the quick and inexpensive fix, it did come with a warning from Art that this may be the wells ninth life. Last month my luck finally ran out, I called Liebau-Laun and Art showed up that morning and remembering my situation suggested he take a look and make an attempt at pulling the well that the prior contractor was unable to extract and since he had a crew nearby could get his equipment over there that afternoon. I was unable to stick around that afternoon and left Art hoping for the best, but expecting the worse. You can only imagine how I felt when my wife called a few hours later, who was home baby siting our 1 and 3 year old grandchildren (with no water and not happy)), informing me they were able to pull the pump and would have water by dinner time. Art and his crew not only responded quickly their knowledge and expertise got the job done where others had failed, saving me time and money. I can't say enough how great this experience has been and am looking forward to no more well issues for many more years.I highly recommend Art Liebau and his crew for any and all well issues particularly older ones that others are unable to resolve. Excellent service, knowledge, honesty and an all round ex excellent experience.

My relocation company booked a standard well water test that came back showing coliform bacteria were present. This company performed the testing so I called to inquire more details around what the test meant and remediation steps. This ultimately led to me scheduling them to stop by on a Saturday morning for chlorinating our well. On that morning I called to see when they would be coming as we were having a few showings of our house. Ultimately, we both decided it would be better to reschedule the water treatment for the next Monday. I asked if he was thinking Monday afternoon or morning and he snapped. He said that this is an emergency response type business and he cant be backed into a corner to committing to times from customers and that younger generations need to respect their elders. He also continued to rant about being over worked, under staffed, not living at his computer with a schedule book, etc. Ultimately, he could have just said he cant take on anymore business OR he could have said Sorry, we cant commit to times because our techs are very busy helping as many customers as possible but we will have our tech call 30 mins before they arrive and are on their way. I feel like the owner lacks basic customer service communication. Also, when I initially booked the owner inquired about my personal healthcare choices around the vaccination and pregnancy, which is unprofessional and entirely out of the scope of his professional services. I should have trusted my gut and not booked then. I canceled and chose to be without potable water than to use their services. With that being said, Im sure his company is capable of performing water treatment tasks. Good luck to his business and future customers.
