        I came into the bank today to let them know about travel plans for the future. I didnt want my cards frozen because they thought someone was using my account. I stood at the reception desk for about 5 minutes. There were five personnel bankers in their office. No one approached me. I even walked to the front of an open office door and looked at the person. She never made eye contact. And even got up and walked right past me never even looked at me. I left. I did call when I got home and the person I spoke with was very nice. Only reason I gave a two rating.
