        Not sure why garbage trucks are allowed a 5am pickup when the city noise ordinance goes until 7am. They are so very loud, technically a noise disturbance according to the scientific noise levels. But since this noise only affects the poor communities living in apartments, why bother complaining I suppose.

        City allows garbage pickup at 5am, outside of the noise ordinance. What is the point of a noise ordinance if the loudest things are allowed before 7am? Also, considering the amount people pay in property taxes, why are all of our roads in such desperate need for repairs?
